• Do not take/reuse any of my creations and claim them as your own. (This includes dolls, bases, line art, props, color palettes, and site content.)  
• Adopt only those dolls marked 'adoptable'. My dolls are clearly organized into adoptable and non-adoptable sections, so there should be no excuse for confusion. If you are unsure whether a doll is adoptable, ask me! Link all adoptions back to http://www.trescay.com/blooms/.  
• If you use my bases to create a doll, a link anyplace the doll is displayed is manadatory; burying my link on a credit page is not enough!  
• All base edits are encouraged; if you create a base edit, I would love to see it - if its different enough, I may display it on my base page with a link to your site (or forum profile).
• My bases are not to be used in dollmakers, but may be used in base edit contests - but please let me know if you are hosting a base edit contest with one of my bases, I would love to see the entries and promote your contest.
• Base edits are allowed, and I would love to see your edits! However, do not chop up my bases and combine the pieces with other bases (either mine or someone else's).
• Do use my bases for personal creations, or for forum currency, but not for physical profit.
• Do not edit any of my finished dolls and display them/claim them as your own work.    
• Do not direct link my graphics. Save them and upload them to your own server.  
• My bases are not to be used in dollmakers.
