Game Update: Yes, okay! All of group C has been updated EXCEPT Jaron Juggle, which will be attended to shortly. Expect that one up no later than tomorrow night. Lottery numbers have been drawn. Contest pages have been updated, and there is now a voting poll on the Button, Button page - go and pick your favorite buttons! Rubbish Bin has been updated, too.

Regarding Member List Pruning: If your name was removed from the members’ list, it was because your trade post was grossly outdated, and I had received no contact from you in a very long time. Don’t email me and tell me that you’ve really been active but forgot to upload your page, have a log saved somewhere for uploading at a future date, or have been sick and couldn’t get online, or got hacked, or got lost in Shipshewanna (that actually happened to me once). Won’t make any difference. The members who are active deserve to have a list of other members who are active - and not a list of people who meant to be active sometime in the future. If you want to rejoin, that’s fine - feel free to do so, you won’t be penalized for having been removed once. But don’t mail me asking to have your old level/cards/whatever restored. Your cards have gone into the Rubbish Bin, and that’s that.

Donations: Have not been posted in forever and a half, I know and I’m very sorry. I’ll be working on them throughout the afternoon/evening.

Card Sets: Are coming! Either tonight or tomorrow (depending on when I run out of steam), I’ll be releasing a slew of new card sets. I’ll put them in another update, so don’t worry about missing them. I’ll make sure you don’t.

Master of Masters: Congratulations to Joni for becoming our latest Master of Masters! And anyone else who may have submitted that form and not received a response - email me with your info, please. I need to fix that form, apparently.

Update: Game set B has been completely updated. Hopefully no errors. Heh. Also, new lottery numbers and a reminder: if you want to participate in the new BINGO! round, but your name is not already on the participants list, you need to email me your entry by the 1st of Otober.

Contests: Deadlines are approaching! The 15th of the month, folks, and I’ve gotten one entry (thank you, Danae Cassandra) for this round of Authors Among Us. It should be fun, people! You get to use ‘thees’ and ‘thous’ and ’st’s appended to every other word! C’mon! Fun! Really!

Seriously, though, if we don’t get any more participants, then Danae Cassandra gets the prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places, plus extra goodies for being the only one brave enough to enter. I really want to hand out rewards, people, and it makes no difference to me if I’m handing them all out to one person, or splitting them up between several.

Collective, Build-A-Set - those are still going on and still have open spots, too. And look for a fresh round of Rubbish Bin… Next week, maybe? Not sure yet, but I’ve got lots of cards to put in it. So keep an eye out.

Button, Button and Illustrate It could use a few more entries, too, and those both close on the 15th as well.

No new card sets this week. I hate making card sets. I’ve got umpteen million donations sitting here waiting, and just haven’t made the sets yet. So, because I’m a slacker and that’s not your fault, you can all take a number 9 & a number 11 regular card of choice, a regular card of choice from a yellow or orange bordered set, and another regular card of choice (any number, any color) - and comment with what you’ve chosen.

Temp Job: First come, first served here. If you want to go through the members’ list (not the members on hiatus, but every active member) and make a list for me of the last dated entry in their trade log - its time to check inactivity again! First person to comment below that they want to/will do this for me gets some nice sort of card/currency/everlasting gratitude reward. Thanks.

I think September may be my favorite month. Fall is not my favorite season, though, go figure. Anyway:

Games! Game set ‘A’ has been updated; new lottery & bingo numbers have been drawn (no one has bingoed yet?!?). New sidebar freebies, too. And the Writer’s Block has been updated for the month of September.

Birthdays: Wow, lots this month! Happy birthday to: Jen, Jamie H. Dragonpoet, Beth, Paris, Valorie, Felicidad, Lissi! Many happy returns and all that. You may all take an appropriate zodiac card of choice.

Participation: Okay. So… Is the general concensus just that my contests suck money butt? I’ve got 2 running, and the Authors Among Us activity, and I have 2 entries in each contest, and none in AAU. If you all really dislike them so much, I’ll discontinue them. I don’t mind. Its less work for me. So… Either get some entries in, or tell me the contests are butty.

Contests: And, you may have noticed… The site’s not down and the update was on time! So, no freebie randoms this time. Mwahahaha! Now, I’m going out of town this weekend, so I will be unavailable until Monday evening. Mostly. I’ll be able to check my email, but not update the site at all - so if you have an emergency (a Bibliophile emergency? Not likely!) or you just really, really miss me, you can still get ahold of me.

Site Appearance: Okay, so I’ve uploaded a new css - but not all the pages yet. So, hopefully it doesn’t make the site too difficult to read (actually, there should be very few changes noticeable). And I’ve uploaded the card pages that I’ve finished “fancying up” - and some masters badges that were not showing up due to my own errors. So. There’s that. Mainly this affects letters A through G of the regular card sets. Just so ya know.

Celebratory: Since I could think of a book-related graphic to represent Labor Day, and since I’m feeling all happy because I get a 4 day weekend in the mountains… You can all take 2 regular cards of choice: 1 must be from a deck that starts with ‘L’ and the other can be any ol’ regular card you like. Comment with what you’ve chosen!

Tic Tac Toe: Tic Tac Toe works now. That was weird.
